Commando AI provides digital software, tools, and services. Because access is delivered instantly, not all purchases are eligible for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be clearly stated:

  • If no guarantee or refund statement is mentioned on the offer page, the purchase is considered non-refundable.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals

If you purchase a recurring subscription (monthly, yearly, or otherwise), you are billed in advance for the upcoming period:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for previous payments.
  • Unless a specific guarantee is stated, renewal payments are non-refundable.

5. Trials, Free Access & Coupons

From time to time we may offer free trials, test access, or coupon-based discounts. Any conditions relating to billing after the trial or offer period will be shown at checkout.

If you do not wish to continue after a trial, it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends, in accordance with any instructions shown on the checkout page or in the confirmation email.

6. Technical Issues & Access Problems

If you face technical issues accessing Commando AI, please contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the problem. In genuine cases where access cannot be restored and the issue is on our side, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or account credit in line with any applicable guarantee.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as misuse of the service and could result in suspension of your account.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Commando AI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
